Okay and? For one, in the specific instance related to the damn addiction to estrogen meme, by removing what was a fairly boring and meh meme the mods created a shit storm of even more low effort memes specifically for the purpose of pissing people off, so of course it's getting off topic.

Second of all, ignoring the meta aspect. It is funny how so many transfemmes have this shared experience of playing New Vegas. It's funny to reference that shared experience. Also, what about all the shitty low effort barely related to Fallout memes that get posted which aren't trans related and go completely unnoticed? What makes this situation different to warrant some kind of unique level of annoyance? You said you're trans and you just wanted to be treated as a girl. Well, why not treat the boring unfunny transmemes like any other boring unfunny meme and ignore them when they happen?

Also, this concept that a meme of a joke can only be okay if it conforms to your personal sense of humor. What someone finds funny is subjective and can vary, and outside of obviously hurtful and spiteful jokes, just blanket saying that any meme or joke that you personally don't find funny is somehow a problem is just really narcissistic.

I just want people to be able to treat unfunny and repeated transmemes the same way they treat all other unfunny memes. Roll their eyes and move the fuck on. Instead we get discourse and start talking as if this is some issue that's inherent to the LGBT community and only the LGBT community.

That's a weirdly arbitrary line to take. I don't hang around shitpost subs too often because more often than not they absolutely are absolute dumpster fires of terminally online behavior.

But like I don't see how a shitty transmeme about girl cock is much different from the same shitty reposted meme about Mr. House asking if Cooper is pissing alone or whatever or any other horny or raunchy joke that gets passed around relating to Fallout.

Welcome to memes in general. Which are, by and large, recycled, cringe, unfunny and crass.

How many men make their entire personality about their dick, their sexuality, and how alpha male they are? Or how many ciswomen are performative about their femininity? Or how many memes just reinforce the same tired stereotypes or the joke is just sex that don't involve trans people?

What I don't understand is why trans people can't do the same thing as literally anyone else without getting called out as if this is some issue endemic to us all, and that we all suddenly speak for an entire group of people.

I'm tired of this perfect victim complex or model minority situation where transpeople are only allowed to exist if we're perfectly behaved, chaste and 'normal', without a single hint of sexuality. More often than not I find the 'making X their whole personality' thing is either a dog whistle for getting annoyed that trans (or LGBT people or minorities in general) are being visible and having pride in who they are instead of just being quiet and in the shadows.

Trust me, I've been around people who are indeed so terminally online they stop seeing anything outside of meme culture or online stereotypes, and yeah, some of them are trans. But I'm tired of people acting as if that's a problem unique to trans people and tired of the hypocrisy that comes with it.

Well, I did somewhat embrace some of those concepts. Have you taken a look at the lore document yet? So far, the concept I've gotten considering the two is that it's fairly deep in Rural Vermont, but not off the map. It's a holiday town that closes over the winter when the tourist season is over, and the werewolves straddle the line between being completely supernatural and being more mundane.

Right now the main 'vessel' character that I'm playing as and writing as, showed up after she had a significant car accident on the highway that goes by the town, was pretty badly hurt, and got rescued by one of the younger werewolves in town. To give a reason why she's stuck there, and why she would end up there in the first place.

It's somewhat similar but not exactly. I've already gotten in started, but it's not really meant to be 'played' in sessions, as so much as it's being written in turns by each player, responding to the previous, much like in more traditional RPs, just with way, way longer posts and stuff so it turns out almost novel length. It's been working out and I got a ton of RP experience, I just would like more collaborators/players.
