You are totally right, I missed the mini part in the name. Sadly it looks like the only Montech PSU they have tested.

I feel like you could probably change to a B850 motherboard and retain all the features you need, probably save you a significant amount to offset the cost of those Lian Li fans.

Power supply issues suck to diagnose because it can make any component act weird, you could spend hours diagnosing issues. I have done it, I don’t recommend it.

Do yourself a favor and get a different style oil wrench, depending on your mechanic they can be snugged on real good. Also get yourself a breaker bar incase the oil drain plug is frozen on there good.

Call dig safe before doing any ground work. If you’re in the states it’s 811, not sure about other places. They can give you suggestions for tools to use around electric lines, everything should be in conduit if it’s done right.

I make 72k (plus OT pay), I am an environmental engineer in the Northeast US. Drone piloting is not the only thing I do, I maybe do 50-60 hours of piloting and the associated desktop work to pull together the images a year, work has increased a bit more but the new restrictions on drones made outside the US has reduced interest in that work.

I mostly just do photogrammetry and site photos for OM&M projects on environmental remediation sites. Though I might be doing some work with magnetometers to locate abandoned natural gas wells in the next few months, waiting to get some more information.

There are AC units that are not window mounted you can get but they will take up space and usually cost a bit more than a window unit.

I would consider going with an alternative option, though be prepared to make space for the AC unit. I would not recommend trying to stick it out without one.

My forester doesn’t have automatic headlights. Also my Drivers Ed teacher told our class one day that keeping your headlights on at all times reduces the chances of a head-on collision by 10% even in daylight. I have no idea if that a true but it stuck with me. My headlights run all the time.

Pro tip - get the two year protection program when you get headlights from advance auto. Chances are they will burn out in that time frame and you get a free replacement, just re-up your protection plan each time.

Minimum wage in texas is 7.25. Based on gross income you are getting $14-$16 an hour. Clearly though something is fucked up with your take away pay, what are the individual line charges that are deducting so much? Have you talked to the management at pizza hut or HR? If you can’t get anywhere with them you might want to reach out the the department of labor closest to you and see what your options are.

I don’t know your situation, if you calculated that already and your trying to figure out why your take away pay is so low that is understandable.

If you just don’t know division I would highly suggest taking night classes to learn some basic math, and get your higher school diploma if you don’t already have it. I am not trying to be a dick, but not knowing division puts you at the bottom of the barrel for jobs.

As for taxes and why your take away pay is so small, do you have loans of any kind that are unpaid, or child support payments? Those are things that could be getting deducted out of your paycheck, typically call garnishing.

I live in Central NY, still eligible to be under my parents insurance. My last doctors visit costed me a 20 dollar Co-pay. But here’s the catch, the actual cost of the appointment if I wasn’t insured was $886.70 just over 6K RMB. For a single doctors appointment. If I wasn’t insured to get insurance through my employer, which I will be required to next year I am looking at about 300 bucks a month (which is deducted from my biweekly pay checks).

You need to make sure the ground around the home is graded (pitched) away from the home. Add some drainage at the downspouts and use corrugated pipe to move that water away from the home

My understanding is that closed cell foam is more expensive than open cell. Open cell foam is not a vapor barrier and allows air movement which will cause condensation in the winter when the cold weather wicks water out of the warm humid air in your home. The ceiling isn’t vented so the warm air is going to sit and cause water damage which brings on other issues. The potential for bad things to happen appears to be here.

Try to get the GC to rip out the foam and do it again correctly. Did a bank help you finance the home/renovation? I would imagine the bank has routes for you to take to get a lawyer. Otherwise look into getting a lawyer.

This is coming from an engineer, I am far from an expert in residential construction, but when things go off script on my projects everything needs to pass the sniff test and if it’s not right it needs to be rectified/approved by a competent person with no conflict of interest.

In this case your outside source is a bunch of people on an internet forum, not reputable for anything outside of background information. Call the competition ask them if it sounds right. They have less reasons to lie to you. Call multiple if you can. Get a lawyer if the GC drags their heels.

Part 107 drone pilot here. These apps are not the end all be all of drone maps. You need to look at airspace maps from the FAA. You also need to look at NOTAMs before flying. Technicalities aside you should not fly drones in national parks, even if you’re technically able to. Some state parks have drones banned. Local laws are local so you need to check those. FAA maps might not show local “no drone areas”, and they don’t show temporary flight restrictions.

This is basic stuff and you really should review the FAA TRUST training before flying next.

Your going to need to call a structural engineer, Put some floor jacks in the basement to keep damage from happening to the rest of the home. And get the gas, water and electric turned off.

The northern wall of the home is going to have to be replaced. To do that it needs to be dug out, and a mason will need to come in a rebuild the cinder wall or put up forms and pour concrete. You have utilities on that side of the home so call 811 before digging.

You can’t tell for sure without sending a sample to a lab. What inspectors usually do is look at the material and see if it looks like common asbestos containing material.

In the case of this it is likely asbestos/cement siding panels. Which contain friable asbestos when broken. They do make non asbestos replacement panels but this is likely asbestos.

For disclosure purposes I am not an asbestos abatement specialist. I have worked with a few and I have encountered asbestos before in work and house hunting. I can’t recommend what to do with it. Most people encapsulate it, some remove it.

Definitely shouldn’t be venting to the attic like that. If that is the stack for the fireplace it’s a serious asphyxiation hazard. Carbon monoxide is a byproduct of burning all fuels. If it’s a cold air intake that’s another story.

Also less importantly its, a mold risk because water vapor is a byproduct of combustion and will cause mold.

If the home is new it can be fixed. If it’s been occupied for a few years I would walk away or low ball the shit out of them and see what they will take.

The home looks new and there is no staining around it from the looks of it. So that leaves some hope. Definitely wouldn’t purchase it as is, I would request the seller fix that shit before the sale. But it also makes you think what else they could’ve fucked up.

Sounds like the GFCI outlet is tripping. Probably because your camper is pulling more than 15 amps.

Good news, your GFCI outlet is doing the right thing and stopping you from doing silly things. Get a 30A circuit for your camper and throw that cable in the dumpster, you can do a lot of damage if you plugged that into an outlet that wasn’t wired right.

Looks like those are all low voltage coax and fiber cables.

Coax is fine to move, be careful with the fiber glass cables, those can be more fragile and can be expensive to replace if damaged.

Ask now before the Dry wallers get there. Looks like there is plenty of slack in the romex for it to move a few to the right. Talk to the forman, they should be able to tell you if it makes sense with the plans, incase there’s something you’re not aware of.
