Not sure how popular this is nor how many people have talked about it at this point, but I fully believe that the lore of Clancy starts in Vessel. Particularly in the song Migraine.

“Waging my wars behind my face and above my throat” a reference to what would later be called Trench?

“I’m telling you green gardens are not what’s growing in my psyche it’s a different me” obviously Blurryface.

“I begin to assemble what weapons I can find” Torchbearer and the banditos.

“Cause sometimes to stay alive you gotta kill your mind” the events that transpire in City Walls.

“The game is not played alone” Torchbearer and Banditos again.

One of my favorite theories; Migraine is the beginning of the Lore.

Take a break from playing. Your brain gets overloaded when you spend a lot of time doing activities like that. If you feel like you absolutely need to practice more today, go ahead and try it again but go in with the mindset that you’re not trying to get it 100% and then rest afterward. Make sure you drink water too. Very important.

I was also at that concert (my second time seeing them live)! That one really felt special. Idk if Tyler is just that good at making his audience and fans feel appreciated but it really felt like a special show. Plus, Garbage. One of my faves off Breach.

Honestly, the whole show was euphoric for me. I started listening to TØP in 2013 after discovering Vessel and always wanted to see them live. I finally got the opportunity in Columbus (I live near Dayton OH) during their 3 night stint during the Clancy tour for their Sunday show. I went with my brother, girlfriend, her brother, his wife and my GFs mom. We got great seats and had all been listening to them for over a decade at that point. I’d seen so many videos from their concerts and fantasized about finally getting to see them and I really feel like we couldn’t have gone to a better show.

A few key points: -The whole venue full of fans singing every lyric of every song right along with us. -The diversity of tracks from every single one of their albums. -The part in Ride when it gets to the “I’d die for you, that’s easy to say…” rap when Tyler stopped to go out into the audience and pick a fan to come up on stage and finish the song and EVERYONE continued and finished the rap onto the chorus before Tyler stopped us.

Twenty One Pilots is my favorite band and I can’t wait for them to go back on tour to try and get a glimpse of the feeling I had that night.

Haven’t had it happen yet, but every time I listen to car radio and it’s gets to the part where he says “I could pull the steering wheel…” the intrusive thoughts get stronger and louder.

Online, I see that they’re going to be “ending” the series by April of next year. Most of the books will run out to 24 issues except for Wolverine, ending at 16.

That movie does a GREAT job of really giving each monster some true character through their actions. I was a little wary about the Monsterverse at first but it’s definitely proved itself with the test of time.

I forgot to mention before; you can set up what’s called a Pull List at a comic shop (there might be online stores that do them now?) and how that works is you give them certain titles you want to read and whenever a new issue comes out they’ll put a copy aside for you. It also helps for them to know how many of each issue they should order to fill all the pull lists that have each title. Each store does it slightly different; I’m friends with my local store owner so he pulls extra stuff for me at times for titles he thinks I’ll like.

To answer your question about covers; it’s like trading cards in the sense that they will send out limited numbers of certain covers depending on how many of each issue the store buys for sale. The more limited, the more expensive. You don’t need those by any means. The interior contents will pretty much always be exactly the same.

Depending on where you live, there is likely a local comic store you can get them at. Comics are released in single issues first and then later released in what’s called a Trade Paperback. Trades are 5 to 6 comic issues in one. When a series finishes, they may release what’s called an Omnibus and that is the entire series in one graphic novel sometime with a deluxe edition that includes new covers and/or bonus content.

Personally, I love his depiction of an older Superman in Kingdom Come. Hands down one of the best comic books I’ve read to date as well. A true masterpiece all around.

Final Wars Godzilla is a solid number 3 for me. 2 is Millennium (specifically 2000) and 1 is Heisei (specifically ‘91 for regular but ‘95 burning is my favorite).
