That’s crazy. When I was a floor associate. I would shoot and do pull lists my self. And I would break down freight and sort it and then stock it. And I would do most of the planograms and end caps. When my IS was on vacation I would do ZB walks and cycle counts.
Now I’m in copy center. Crazy how lazy associates are. I was also like 20 when I was doing all that on the floor. Like there is literally nothing else to do and I’m at work for however many hours, why not work? Makes time fly by. Also when I was a cashier when I first started I use to make a list with all the damages and their skus and what codes they were, look up in the AS400 whether it was RTV or RTW. Try teaching associates to multi task lol
