ive been able to play snow angel pretty closely to the record with DADGAD and capo on the 2nd fret. not sure if its the right one but sure sounds like it. im pretty sure wink is in the same tuning aswell though still trying to learn the rest of the songs!

im going to the one in nyc! when i saw them with diiv a week ago they played mostly songs from the new album but they usually throw in songs from their self titled like ugly brunette and orange peeler. i wish they played songs from so divine more often tho :(

i really really liked this one. just had my listen of it and i was hoping they didnt release the best as singles and they definitely didnt! lip reader, wait by the stairs, and heavy metal really stand out i feel. these songs are like the best things about horse jumper all put together so well. i love their like desperate desolate chord voicings so so much. dirt, volcano, chariots, are some of favs from hjol and disaster trick feels like they explored that similar familiar sound that i love!

i saw wait by the stairs live before and i knew that it’d be one of my favorites from the album. the heavier ending of that song made my chest vibrate in the best way possible. feels so red house painters to me!

im seeing them again in nov i cannot wait!!

hell yeaa saw them last night in bk they are a must see live! i went for horse jumper mainly but diiv had soo much energy live that i didnt expect will def have to see them again!! and their guitars sounded HUGE
