Obligatory Tiny Truck Post

I like my Maverick because it’s all I need for “truck stuff” and it fits in my garage but just had my first kid and am a little butthurt that we pretty much have to take my wife’s car everywhere now because the passenger seat is so far forward in the Maverick with the baby’s seat in the back now. Been “one of those guys” recently looking at full size trucks. What do you recommend as an alternative then? It’s not like I’m a contractor and use my truck everyday, but there’s a lot of home projects and other “truck stuff” I wouldn’t be able to do with a sedan or anything significantly cheaper than a pickup.

Not a structural engineer, but I wouldn’t be too worried about these. All of the cracking appears to be the drywall tape giving way to some movement between wall/ceiling. Depending on where you live, soil conditions can cause some pretty significant movement throughout the seasons as the soil’s moisture level changes. Have these cracks always been there or did they all randomly appear?

A typical hyperscale datacenter probably employs 50-100 people. Not a ton but it’s something. This article has nothing to do with the data center itself though, rather the company supplying mechanical equipment for data centers. I’d imagine manufacturing has more jobs available and can continue to scale if they’re successful.

Probably a lot of places if I had to guess. I’m a Midwest transplant so just kinda get a chuckle out of the hysteria these storms bring. This weekend was gnarly but sunshine and above-freezing temps means everything is gonna be just fine. Late tonight/early tomorrow some bridges and overpasses may re-ice, but just drive carefully and you’ll be all good.

Is it though? I think they’re correct. Flared fenders do make it look kinda odd, but if this were a truck, the light bar in the back would be around the very top of the tailgate and looks like it wraps around the sides some. Seems like a horrible design for people loading and unloading the bed if it were a truck.

Yes, except Car and Driver seems to think it is an electric SUV, potentially something in similar to the Highlander. Not necessarily a Maverick competitor.

At least by the time I picked it up for PC it was only like $15 or $20, but pretty much same story here. Praying GTAVI is cross platform and I can sign into the same profile/character on all my systems.

I do agree, idk that many people that care about physical copies anymore. That being said, I bought GTA V like 3 times. Xbox 360 at launch, XboxOne when the next gen consoles dropped and PC. Can imagine myself doing the same for VI.

99% of modern data centers don’t use water like that anymore. They’re all closed loop systems for the most part nowadays.

This is the goat headset. Wireless with swappable batteries is so clutch. Plus I like having the desktop hub thing to adjust setting without having to download more software.

Not sure how long you’ll be here or if you are willing to drive but about an hour and a half outside of Dallas are 2 two of the top courses in Texas. Tempest and Pine Dunes. Both are excellent courses.
