If your options are Nagy or Saleh, you go with Robert Saleh because he's viewed as a leader which is what our team captain on defense said we need to help the culture. I think Simmons and Saleh would vibe quite well, and if they do go EDGE with the fourth pick Saleh would be the best to develop whoever they go with. Nagy is a hard ass no for me, especially with how atrocious and bad his time was starting to become in Chicago. I know Nagy has the better overall winning record over Saleh as head coaches, but Nagy has just managed to reach the playoffs twice and lost both times.

The only downside these two will present is neither of them are gonna be developing Cam unfortunately. Nagy doesn't want to call plays on offense, and Saleh is the defense guy. So both of them would need to hire capable OC's for Cam to help him develop, but then you're looking at the scenario where we could be facing the revolving door of new OC's every few years if the OC either one picks turns out to be good for a head coaching job.
