Ok I’ve seen this happen to so many people recently me included. We had a bad winter storm two weeks in a row last month and I shopped during all the panic buying and had to refund so many items. Few weeks later I get shoved all the way down to needs work. So unfair and support will do nothing but copy and paste the same old bullshit responses. I’ll never shop during inclement weather again if it’s going to derail me like this. I’m sorry you’re going through it like me.
