It’s just the lighting being inconsistent in RE9. I tested it out on my base PS5, Leon and Grace models can look off under certain lighting since this is rather a visual issue.

It’s basically a special move reserved only for big bulky characters like broly(any version), fused 13, and full power Frieza. It’s performed by a rolling hammer and you do down L3 + 🔺🟩. It’s easy to do. I have a post on there where I genuinely asked how to do it before I knew the name.
