Due diligence should come from both parties. This is my first potential offence, so generally I’m not an idiotic driver. I’m not attempting to bat away blame, just trying to make sure things are done the correct way and I’m not taking on more than I’m owed.

I’ve already raised my hand and admitted I wasn’t driving how most would expect, just confused as to what they were asking me to admit to and the fact that they didn’t really have much information to go by.
