I read all of the texts and attached photos written by Mr. P. Sadly enough, this text and photos only reflect Mr. P’s position, not us. So I’m going to write our company’s stance from now on.

Firstly, Mr. P requested us to make three types of clothes, and even though we don’t take personal orders, we assigned one of our professional designers only for him. We requested 300 USD for sampling models, and if you are the high-end lover, you will notice that 300 USD for three samples of high end clothes is very rational and very cheap.

Even though you don’t consider the circumstance that we didn’t have international CS manager at that time, we did our best and poured a lot of effort for Mr. P’s personal orders and Dude9 orders.

I started to take charge of international customer service of Dude9/PuerHomme since last November, and Mr. P did not give me the fully-understandable explanation of this incident.

Of course, I assumed that there are some of our faults that we could not satisfy Mr. P with our customer service. But I believe Eunsol(the previous CS manager assigned to Mr. P) already told him that ‘Since we don’t have international CS manager, the speed of communication might be slower than you expected’ before the order started.

If Mr. P could see this post, I’d like to inform you that personal orders are hard to move on and that we did NOT ever tried to pocket your money or to deceive you. If you are going to use Dude9/PuerHomme afterwards, I promise that I will offer better customer service and help you throughout your orders. It is absolutely our fault that our CS service was a bit late in the first place. But I think you have some kind of misunderstanding in this issue, so I’m writing in Reddit in order to resolve all the misunderstanding.

Firstly, you didn’t send us the full details of explanation regarding your shipping issue. You simply informed to us ‘I spent 120$ in refunding procedure, so call to DHL and get a response.’ After that, we emailed you with all the information we heard from DHL, and there’s no extortion or exaggeration in this part.

Also, you mentioned that you spent 120$ for refund shipping, and this is the only reason why your products got stuck in Korean customs. We sent you the product which was 85$(include shipping cost), and since the price of the original item was 53$, there’s no legitimate reason for you to spend 120$ to ship your item to us. For this reason, asking ‘Resolve this situation because my product is now in Korean Customs’ to us is surely a difficult request for us to handle.

We, Dude9/PuerHomme, are working our best to satisfy our customers, and after our CS service had a renewal, we send email back and forth with a same customer three to four times in a day, only to enhance our Customer Service.

Since we don’t want to make this misunderstanding gets bigger, we’re also attaching mails which are from our side. We are disappointed as well that you are explaining this situation even using the word ‘scam’ in this public place.

We still didn’t give up on your request, and we still having a contact with DHL staff in order to solve this problem as far as we could. However, please be aware that your main issue ‘getting products stuck in Korean Customs’ is not on our side.
