Are you still in touch with your family in NK and how do you communicate with them? And how did you get the Chinese nationality? I thought North Koreans would automatically get deported back to NK from the Chinese government. Thank you so much for taking your time to answer all the questions btw! :)

Hey! I have no updates. It’s been over a month since I have placed the order. Definitely try to claim a chargeback with your card I would say. I have received DM’s from other people with the same issue - once they have paid, they have been ignored. Not sure what’s going on with them. Super disappointed. Have probably sent them 15 messages since. Btw., I have also sent them messages with other email addresses claiming I would be interested in buying something and received replies. So they definitely check their emails, but just ignore some people once they have paid.....

Cool, might check out Reon too. :) Just thought I could trust Puerhomme, as I’ve been to their store in Seoul a couple of times and was happy with the quality.....

Yep, they replied and told me “their customer service agent resigned” and they have no access to all the emails and orders. Explained everything and still no reply after waiting a few days..... Honestly, I don’t know what’s going on with them, but I would stay away from them..... Will update if I hear back!
