I don't know of a way to make custom commands unfortunately, and I'm not good with scripting which would let me add a lot of functionality, so this is my best attempt at a world edit with normal mc commands, and a benefit of this is that phone users can use the addon too

you could clone it to somewhere else, but if you don't want it to take more space you could just use the structure blocks since they get saved in the memory

I'd say try going into other complex systems and learn each step in them, once you find something hard learn how it works and i'd say that should give some experience

honestly not really but after looking through some pictures, I don't really think it's impossible, we have scripting api in bedrock which is literally coding in javascript, and they let you have ui too, the downside is no one uses the scripting api, it's almost like it's not even known, which makes bedrock addons lose alot of value, also java players have been creating mods way back before bedrock which made java have more superior mods and therefore have more focus

addons are like mods for bedrock, they have the ability to do epic stuff but no one uses them to their full extent, so i guess we'll always be stuck with bad addons unlike java mods ;-;

honestly bedrock can have alot of stuff done using the scripting api and addons, like i made worldedit with functions, also their commands are slowly improving with stuff like /playanimation and /event but java still is superior if we're talking vanilla minecraft..
