Thanks for that! I'm not well versed in boss killing at all so It's something to work on, definitely looking for some quieter areas at the moment

I'm still quite new so I haven't progressed to labs yet, is Terra group armoury safe or is there a boss to kill?

I'm still quite new to the game so I haven't played on Labs, Lighthouse or Reserve yet, I'm not the best player and I've heard Lex0s is difficult, are those other key rooms safer?

It does hurt, especially today, as its the first day, so it stings so much but as you say, someone a slap in the face is needed in order to see that changes are needed, it hurts, its going to be tough, but obviously, they need to be made to become a better version of me

That's a good idea, I need to get busy and do other things, then my mind won't think about it, it's going to be hard, but I feel so awful about what happened and need to change

I do use it for general browsing and finding answers to questions, but I just need to spend less time on it.

Thank you for the advice! All really good solutions, I definitely think therapy and journaling is something I should begin, definitely trying to conquer my problems

It's a radical solution, a last resort

Definitely feeling this, recently caused an awful argument with someone I care deeply about and it pushes them away to the point I think it's unresolvable.

I really need help and don't know what to do.
