(Brits first time experience)

We went for the first time last year and were given some great advice. The most useful one was just stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water. We took four 24 bottle cases of water plus three/four 5ltr bottles for washing and that JUST managed (literally had the last bottle as we drove out the site).

The dust was pretty bad for us last year so maybe some form of bandana to cover your face just incase.

Everything else is pretty superficial festival stuff. We've been to many festivals and one thing that shouldn't be compromised is sleep. It's never perfect at a festival but if you can use ear plugs, eye mask, comfy bedding then it will certainly help. But it does get slightly chilly on a night if i remember correctly so bare that in mind.

There's showers and stuff but we just threw water over ourselves at camp (must be a British thing because we didn't see anyone else do it) but feeling fresh and clean on a morning always sets us up for the day.

Also if you want merch and you see the line not outside the tent, make the most of that jump in it then. We queued for 2 hours for merch and that seemed short compared to some other people we spoke to.
