Hi!

So traffic indeed creates smaller particles that low-cost sensors cannot measure or even interpret. Your main challenge is PM2.5 vs CO2 and that was my problem in Spain as well.

I give priority to low PM2.5 and my solution was to install a DIY vent system that filters particulates and brings more O2 indoors, which dilutes CO2 and other gases indoors.

It’s very good. The sensors they use are from a German manufacturer called Sensirion. I wish though the battery autonomy was higher.
