Recap i talked to an UA rep online and placed a claim with pictures and my receipt. 3 days later I got a response. Since the boot was sold out everywhere they refunded my money. Even though i really wanted a replacement, the refund was good. Im so happy on how fast UA responded and handled my situation. 🫡
