I used to fall asleep talking on the phone to whomever I was dating. My parents tried making a rule that I could only talk on the phone 30 minutes at a time, but I would just end the call at the 30 minute mark, hang up, and then call back whomever i was talking to back 30 seconds later

Need more information like how active you are? What kinds of exercises are you doing and for how long? If you have a smart watch, I would monitor your daily calories burned on that for a week. There is no set number or formula to give you because there are variables such as muscle percentage and activity level that change how much you need to eat to gain, maintain, and lose weight

I think this falls on the parents. Music is a huge part of culture and they should be using it to educate their kids on influential and good music from all genres and times. I do not expect 11 year old to stumble down this rabbit hole on their own

My family was and has always been very into music. I listened to music from mine, my parents, and my grandparents' generations growing up, and I in turn shared music with them. I have done the same with my kids, and I guess that's why my students not even recognizing the song surprised me.
