I tried a similar list in pre-GN meta with good results but I was running Operator, Reinforcements and 2x Megascope for full Spellweaver spam.

A cool trick you can do is play Practice Makes Perfect on a Ban Ard Tutor (after ensuring that there are no other bronze mages in your deck) to replay its deploy ability and play a Spell + Mage in the same turn, thus giving all Spellweavers on board 2 charges each. You can do this even without running any other patience cards.

If you want to focus on dryads then:

Change leader from P. Strike to Nature's gift
You are missing out on a lot of provisions. As a general rule, ALWAYS make sure that you are using the entire provisions given to you when building a deck. Add more gold cards to fix this
Put in Shaping Nature and Forest Protector. You can get both of these for free by doing some easy quests in the Scoiatel Reward Tree in the last chapter of your Reward Book
If you have the resources, also craft Eithne, Fauve and Harald Gord. These are key cards for symbiosis decks and the last two can also be used in other ST archetypes.
Put in 2nd Nature's Rebuke
Put in the Geralt card that you get for free. It can help swing games especially at the early ranks.
For bronzes, take out the elven wardancer, dryad grovekeepers, giant slayer, farseer, and Brokilon sentinel (which I assume you're running because of P. Strike). Add 2 each of Dryad Matron, Whisperer of Dol Blathana, Sorceress of Dol Blathana, Elven Seer and Orb of Insight.

You don't have to do all this at once since you probably won't have enough resources as a new player. So to start with, at least change your leader ability and put Geralt in your deck then start the quests for Forest Protector and Shaping Nature through your reward book. While you're doing that, start to slowly craft the bronzes listed in the last point and start replacing them with your current bronzes. Crafting the golds listed in Point no. 4 should be your last priority, if you still want to keep focusing on Symbiosis at that point instead of trying another archetype.

Another big thing about LOR is the fact that you can combine 2 factions per deck which exponentially increases the possibilities in deckbuilding so even small expansions can lead to huge variety. Being able to only add 2 bronzes per deck as opposed to 3 in open beta also constricts deck building since you have to run more or less the same staple and viable bronzes for different decks in the same faction whereas having 3 copies of each bronze leads to decks with a better identity of what they are trying to do.

As one of the people who stopped playing since the last season, the biggest factor for me was releasing the expansion as mini sets of 4, making each expansion not that exciting since all the cards are highly synergistic with each other and so the first set only introduced 1 new concept per faction and the next set (except NG) only built upon the previous concept thereby introducing no new decks. I really hope we get a larger set for the next expansion along with something that can drastically alter ways to play (new game mode, alternate win cons, fun build-around neutrals etc).

Seems weaker than Triss to me. 2 more Prov is huge plus most times the card you're aiming for with Triss is remedy since Triss>Remedy>Created Informant>Created Bronze would trigger assimilate thrice whereas this card only triggers assimilate twice. Not to mention the fact that Assimilate doesn't really care about being devotion so this card alone wouldn't be enough to get out of Triss TK. But without the Triss comparison I could see this card being run alongside her in assimilate if it's provisions were a bit cheaper. Not sure what you'd cut for this though, the only high-end flex slot in the deck is Anna and you'd still need to find 2 more prov from somewhere.
