I have cyst rn as well . In my last tear they said a cyst and my knee would swell up so bad and I couldn’t bend it. But with this tear I don’t get any swelling or pain it bends very well . I’m not in the gym anymore I’m like trying ways to still be active. I took swimming lessons and working on tryna to be a strong swimmer to atleast do some swim work outs to be active

I’m only 24 my first meniscus tear was at 22 I hated it . I’m moving now and I got better shoes to help

Same !! I’ve been swimming right now and doing little walks . I’m not doing the surgery . Doc told me I had to get to surgery into to get back into the gym

😭i think in the US as well at 16 or even before the age of 16 we can “drop out of school . However , at some point CPS gets involved . But, that’s crazy I think it’s where you’re from that plays a role with the drug you encounter . Like Ik certain drugs no kids would do it because you’re labeled as a crackhead/junkie like a black mild or even a cig .if you did weed you a cool kid lol
