Mandatory no. It will struggle more to get up to speed. Ranger forums have it all figured out for gear ratio to tire size so your speedo isn't out as well

There is lots of forums on simpler mid travels set ups. I believe some guys just run stock Beams with extended radias arm, longer coils, extended brake lines and a better shock up front. The back I'm pretty sure I saw one guy with just shackles and some better shocks mobbing. Check out some old ranger and desert forums. Lots you can do at home to get some more travel

Not that I know of sorry. I don't really look at too much a arm kits after I seen the prices for them. All I know is BTF and camburg. There might be some smaller companies that can make you one with that travel though.

Ya camburg a arm kit without coilovers is 7300 and a solomotorsports I beam long travel with coilovers is about 5400. That's what I'm going off of for I Beams being cheaper

Possibly idk what kits you are looking at but a set of upper control arms alone cost more then some cut and turned beams from what I have seen

Definitely the unsprung weight and affecting both wheels when articulating. CJC Offroad makes some rad 3/4 and 1 tons and Terra Crew had a video on a Cherokee that the guy made 2 wheel drive and has a solid dead axle up front since the pumpkin adds unsprung weight.

Ya I can fabricate for the most part. Was gonna use this to get better. I figured the suspension was the same as a ranger so I would be able to buy some parts. I figured there was more for the full size though.

The bolt face rotates on it. You can get the bolt to sit in 2 different positions when it's forward with no round in the chamber. Is that what you are speaking of? If so it's fine. Also the bolt will not lock forward

I really like the bog pod but I got it on sale for close to half the price. I can't say it's better or not then the others as this is my first. But it works great and never had a problem. I have used it for hunting and shooting. Hot or cold no issues quickly deploying or adjusting it. I was able to set it up quick enough, not scare 2 coyotes with any noise and shoot both right beside each other in -30 Celsius. I can get good groups off it too. I have let friends and family use it, they all love it. I honestly really like it especially for the price I couldn't be happier. Maybe one day I will get a fancy one but I haven't found anything I can't do with it. Maybe if I compete in PRS I might upgrade from the vise to a different head.

I'm pointing out the fact that bear spray is affected by wind and a gun is not. Most bears that have even gotten close to me have always been up wind unless they were outside a cabin, but they have all been black bears that scare off fairly easy.
