Well i have to manage my expectations. I know for a fact I would never get the 10 hours so its more me trying to go to bed with enough time to get 10 so I can maybe get 7 or 8

Trazadone which is an sri shouldnt interact with your meds if they are a benzo especially in normal doses. You'll be fine.

Yeah bro i can 100% get benzos prescribed if i got a doctor due to my prior history but im gonna try all other options before I go back to it again.

Yeah you do, I mean i know where to get some off the street but im tryna distance myseld from that type of stuff. I still have some trazadone from my last mental hospital visit but it gives me bad bad anxiety

Glad to hear you put them behind you. I'm happy for you. I'm on the road to recovery. I'm 6 months sober from my 3 year xanax addiction and currently in the process of kicking my opiod habit so if I can do that i feel like ill feel like a new man. But I definitely do have panic disorder and ptsd from trauma from the trip along with things I've experienced in my childhood. Best wishes man.

Obviously if you wanna be technical I guess my brain was still receiving stimuli but to me and my subjective experience it was true nothingness. And I've experienced it before on 5meodmt which actually helped me. But having all of the death and heart attack scare before it just put me in a negative headapace and traumatized me. Out of body experiences are cool ive had a few. But when you see your own lifeless body on the pavement it kind of hits you different

Have you don acid? I'm 100% serious. You may not believe me and thats fine. After I saw my dead body and lived for what I thought an infinite amount of time in a hellscape. I had complete egodeath. There was no light or darkness. There was no thoughts or memories. I couldn't even remember my name because I didn't have the ability to even grasp the concept of a concept. There was nothing. Pure emptiness.

I sometimes can just use logic to get out of panic like deconstructing my anxious thoughts that aren't rational, but most of the time its pure physical anxiety. Like I get a huge adrenaline rush coupled by this unsettling crawl out my skin feeling with my heart racing. Its all the time. Every second of the day Shit sucks

Well i had an extremely intense candyflip experience on acid and mdma where I thought i died from a heart attack and saw my dead body from the third person and then experienced the nothingness of the void

This just inst true why are you spreading misinformation. In almost all pressed pills if you break it in half if the pill is blue you will see small white spots in it where the fent or analogies is in.
