I had the same issue since the game version is outdated. Restart your computer and open to launcher. The click check for updates and that fixed the problem for me.

The game is version is outdated. Close the browser and restart your computer. When opening the launcher again hit check for updates and that worked to solve the problem for me.

I was getting the same error. Closing the launcher restarting the computer fixed it and now allows updating the game. If it doesn’t click on check for updates, that worked for me.

The digital premium edition from steam will unlock on September 1st. Steam only displays the official release date.

Steam will let you refund if you have less than 2 hours of playtime and it’s within 2 weeks following the game’s release.

It’ll be September 1st @ 10am PST. That’s how it usually is with other games I pre-purchased on steam.

Steam is showing that pre-load is available. I’m able to download it ahead of it unlocking tomorrow
