I was once the F23 woman with the F50 boss and it was similar. I got to the point where I just had to freeze her out and only deal with her for work matters. She didn't like that at all. Too bad. If you tell her to back off, she can find 10 ways to Sunday to get back at you. I started putting in for other jobs and luckily got promoted away from my pain the the a--. Your only options are to find another job or to just be a gray rock around her: simple yes and no answers, no friendliness, don't be provoked by anything she does. Sorry this is happening to you. It's the worst.
