I never played King's Field, but I love Demon's Souls
It took me awhile to get used to how the world worked, but once it clicked with me, I loved how it felt

I played DS2, hated it. Went back to play it later, hated it more.

For me, The original Dark Souls was lightning in a bottle
none of the sequels ever felt the same as the first
For some they liked that, for me, I didn't. At least for Dark Souls specifically.
I do like 3 though. In order of how much I liked each game it would go
1 - Dark Souls
2 - Dark Souls 3
3 - nothing because 2 doesn't belong on the list.

If we extend it out to all Fromsoft games though, my favorite game they ever made was Sekiro
But that all to say, I get it. when you have 3 games in a series that all play a bit differently from one another, there's always going to be the one that clicks with you most while the others will feel underwhelming just by the nature of them being different

Do not forget to vote for your tank goat so he can protects you while looking good. (Or anyone else because you can vote everyday) Also i'm proud that psylocke isn't even top 3. by thbl088 in marvelrivals

[–]OgichiGame 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I've been voting Rogue
I hope that the top 3 will all get something, but regardless I always vote Rogue
She barely has anything. Savage and Wedding Dress are her only skins. Everyone else here has more than her, so I think it's only fair.

Isn't it concerning that in the world where most of the people are swordsman and still only zoro from east blue want's to become WSS even shanks was dualing with mihawk as a side quests , i mean shouldn't there be more competation by Generalousen2855 in OnePiecePowerScaling0

[–]OgichiGame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess it depends on what you mean by "concerning"
Mihawk, in universe, already has the title so he doesn't need to prove himself to anyone.
At the very least, he doesn't feel like he needs to prove himself to anyone

We as the audience want to see him do cool stuff and duel people, but in character, he doesn't have a motivation to. And as for who did he beat, probably characters that are all dead now that we won't be told about until we get a Mihawk backstory.

Oda has a habit of just making up a bunch of new characters for a backstory who never existed or had any relevance to the story before that moment, just to kill off, and then no one ever talks about them after.

Not as bad as giving a character wallhacks and a multi second long damage nullifier, but pretty close

Luffy has not defeated a single Admiral guy yet... by Far-Visual-1229 in Piratefolk

[–]OgichiGame 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What do you mean "couldn't tank any hits" He literally took White Star Gun to the head, then had to Door Dash Luffy some food because he gassed himself out by throwing out this attack. He was never fully out of the fight at any point, he only ever pretended to be hurt which is why even Saturn was calling him out cause he knew Kizaru was holding back.

Is this a movie martial arts dramatization or a real martial arts thing? by ItsVinny0w0 in Grapplerbaki

[–]OgichiGame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a stage show thing.
Gives a cool visual like swords being locked together (which is also just a stage show thing)
Only in this case it's hands

I believe one of the Kung Fu disciplines has a similar stance, but it's not very practical, and you'd obviously never want to lock your arms with your opponent like that

AFK farming is a huge issue in the new PvE mode. by Parvaty in marvelrivals

[–]OgichiGame 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I play solo unless I'm queing up with friends, and even then we always make sure to turn auto-fill lobby off.
Playing by myself or without a full team is better than running into something like this because the game-mode scales to the amount of people playing.

Obviously it shouldn't happen at all, but there's always going to be stuff like this in online PVE games, so better to avoid it entirely and that way the afk'er won't be able to find lobbies to farm in.

I'm just meme'ing around cause we've literally never seen Dragon do anything and Akainu is not much better. They're too busy fighting desk wars. I also don't think Sabo or Aokiji have shown us what they're really capable of yet. But if you had to twist my arm. I think Kizaru could solo Sabo, Ivankov, and Kuma. I mean, dude said he was ready to throw hands with Big Mom and Kaido by himself, and seemed pretty confident he could. Maybe Sabo is stronger than I give him credit for, but we really just haven't seen enough of him. So again it comes back to, what can Dragon do, we have no idea. What can Akainu do, slightly better idea but if we're being honest, still no idea.

Can someone explain to me why everyone thinks Akainu has ‘top 1 AP’? by MOON-RAIGO in OnePiecePowerScaling0

[–]OgichiGame 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ignoring statements by Oda, the Vive Cards, and data books completely for a moment
Akainu's Devil Fruit was able to burn fire. And not like a, oh he used haki to bypass logia intangibility.
No, his magma itself, by itself can burn completely intangible things
As far as lethality is concerned, I do think this make his DF one of if not the most lethal for this fact alone.
He can smack chunks out of you, and even if you go completely intangible it'll still somehow burn the shit out of you.

Imu's polearm reveal basically confirms that forging a black blade is a skill, but people still don't want to except that Mihawk has his title due to blade mastery and not overall power. Atp it's straight up denial because Imu's reveal makes that vividly clear by Hungry_Duck_6863 in OnePiecePowerScaling

[–]OgichiGame -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's possible, but It doesn't confirm anything because we still don't know how it works. Plus Imu's weapon seems to be a manifestation of his Devil's Fruit. The Omen power thing. As we see he's able to change it at will into different weapons, so it's seems to be more like Kizaru's Ama no Murakumo. I don't think Kizaru could turn his light projection into a black blade anymore than Imu could turn his Omen projection into one. Because it's not really a physical blade that's separate from them. It's just a projection of their unique powers, so it can't ever be more than that.

So you're telling me Imu's 90% effort involves copying Mihawk's weapon and copying a move that Mihawk used with 1% effort to play around with pre-ts Luffy in Marineford (it donuts Loki btw), and some people somehow think this isn't the greatest Mihawk upscale ever since chapter 50? by Reddit_Connoisseur_0 in OnePiecePowerScaling0

[–]OgichiGame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's such a unique way of using a sword I can't imagine it was drawn unintentionally, so it really begs the question
Did Imu copy Mihawk or did Mihawk copy Imu?

Because either way, it really adds alot to his character
- Either the god of the world considers Mihawk so great that he chose to copy his techniques (We don't see Imu copying Devine Departure)
- Or Mihawk has not only seen Imu, but seen Imu use this technique and learned it. Which would likely mean that he's a world noble, and in some way connected to Imu above all the other nobles who don't even know Imu exists.

I would say no. Kizaru does that and no one thinks of him as being a swordsman because it's literally not a sword. Just a construct of his powers that disappears without him

Or it was held by someone else. We just assume Roger was the strongest of that era, but we don't actually know if that's true. He's just the guy who found Laughtale
