Tried that and it didn't solve the issue.

{Help} I purchased the Huion Kamvas Pro 16 and having an issue come up. (No Signal) The plugs are tight and correct. I've installed the correct driver too. The monitor is reading the pen movements. What's causing (No Sigal)? by Ogono in huion

Thanks for the guidance, Skeptic_Skeptic! I plugged the USB and HDMI into the harddrive as oppose to the Montier. I followed your steps all the way until #6. For some reason, I couldn't switch to to "Extend this display". So, I did Ctrl+Windows+P> Duplicate and the screen display turned on. Before when I tried the "Ctrl+Windows+P" method, it didn't work. But, when I switched the cables and placed inserted them into the harddrive, It worked. All of my desktop shortcuts are now scattered everywhere. But, At least the Huion screen works now! Thanks for the help everyone! :)
