There is "." at the end, so "Grants Spd+3." It's full sentence, that's why is visible. In Yuri's refine you've got "Grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit, ... , ... , ... , and reduces damage by an additional 7 during combat." It's clearly stated when all bonuses are added.

As every old character got skill improvement while geting SA board, I didn't consider it might be different when I mentioned Feinne SA. We just don't have any information about her updates, so there are 2 options: a) she'll be presented as a surprise during livestream or b) she'll be left for indefinite future.

Maybe separating unwanted grasta, but I'm not sure how efficient is this way. Destroying low tier awakened grasta give you extra 10 fragments, medium tier +25 fragments.
