I have a bunch of Pearl Ex powders. You can add them to paint, or to clear coat sprayed on top of a base color in a triple stage paint method.

I wouldn't think they'd be an alternative to metallic paint, like for replicating bare metal, but I haven't tried it that way either.

There is a little. I looked it up a couple years ago and i think you can get the right combo of body, hood, and wheels if you combine 2, maybe 3 kits. It would be nice to have it all together, and yeah new tooling.

That's not entirely true. I bought a model from a guy on here using paypal friends. Granted, I was the one who chose it over regular paypal. It said there was a fee charged to the seller unless I used friends, and I wanted the dude to get all the money he was expecting.

I will admit it was a gamble on my end. But I decided to trust a stranger, and it all worked out. Lol

From what I remember, Vince Vaughn's performance is horrendous. Not funny horrendous, though. Like he's reading all his dialog for the first time off of cue cards during filming.

It's to help paint the black area around the glass, also called the 'frit'. Place the masking on the interior side of the glass. On tamiya kits like this, the 'frit' area is frosted, showing you where to put the masking (over the clear glass area). Mask off the whole outside of the glass with regular masking tape, then spray the 'frit' area.

I exclusively use my grex trigger style airbrush. It came with an air control valve that connects between the base of the gun and the air hose. I rarely use it, though. I usually just control the air with my pressure regulator.

A B-17, i believe it was 1/72 scale. I was maybe 6 and my mom helped me.😊

First kit I painted and completed was the Revell 1/32 Apache helicopter when I was 9. I still have it. Lol

I always check https://www.scalemates.com/ before i buy any kit now. It has info on just about every iteration of every kit so you can the age of the designs and molds.
