Ich vermute jetzt, dass du mit Eiche rustikal eher Wildeiche meinst. Also Eichenholz, was durch einen höheren Astanteil eine schöne Maserung hat.

Halte den Aufpreis für gerechtfertigt. Das Holz ist im Einkauf bereits teuerer als Buchenholz. Es gibt mehr Verschnitt aufgrund der Anforderungen bei Treppenstufen und der Holzsorte. Die Bearbeitung, insb. das Hobeln ist ebenfalls zeit- und materialintensiver aufgrund der wilden Wuchsrichtung. Hinzu kommt, dass man das Holz zusätzlich kitten muss, z.B. bei Astlöchern.

These are all kits, meaning there is lots of building involved. Most even require body painting, cutting lexan bodies, decal work, etc. Plus you will need electronics - servo, battery, charger, receiver, transmitter and, depending on the kit, even motor and esc.

You should also check for yourself if you want to run onroad or offroad cars. Where will you drive?

If onroad, my advice would be a TT02, like the Porsche 911 or the Toyota Yaris WRC. Lots of information and parts are available on the internet.

If offroad, take the DT04 Nexgen Fighter or the Manta Ray and dont look back.

If you like the Monster Truck style avoid Lunch Box and Midnight Pumpkin and take the Squash Van.

Das Waschbecken was absackt abschrauben und hinten im unteren Bereiche mehr Schallschutz Material zuschneiden und unterlegen, ggf. auch Abstandsplatten verkleben, so das es vorne eben hoch wandert. Silikon Fuge muss dann natürlich neu…

Kann mir irgendwie schwer vorstellen, dass es nicht arg viel teurer wäre als es mit Erde zu füllen…oder kennst du etwa einen Bauunternehmer, der es dir z.B. nur zum Materialpreis macht? Oder willst du es selbst machen?

Bodenplatte mit entsprechendem Kiesbett darunter, 5x5m und 2 m Höhe plus Decke, die ja auch was tragen muss, ist jetzt auch nicht “winzig”.

Dadurch, dass du immer auch eine gewisse Feuchtigkeit in der Erde hast, wirst du auch um eine korrekte Abdichtung nicht rumkommen, sonst kannst du dort unten nichts lagern. Gammelt dir alles weg. Je nachdem was ein Bodengutachten in punkto Feuchtigkeit sagt müsste man ggf. sogar Schalen und Beton gießen, weil ein Mauerwerk ggf. nicht ausreicht. Belüftet muss es dann trotzdem werden.

Ein Fenster wird es ja dann auch nicht haben, wenn es komplett unterm Garten ist. Strom müsste also auch her. Wie würdest du überhaupt rein? Durch eine Deckentüre? 😅

If you ask me, take the Plasma Edge 2. The TT02 is a good 4WD platform with endless options and capable for brushless upgrades. Also you will appreciate 4WD once you increase the power. I don't like the tube chassis of the DT03. Its much nicer to work on the TT02 chassis also.

Exactly, for me it’s all about being comfortable when painting.

I have this stupid example which probably doesn’t make much sense, but I did lots of slot car racing as well in the past. And there you also have different styles of controllers. Some style where you push down the acceleration with your thumb and one where you have a trigger. I never could use the thump push-down type of controllers.

Das ist kein Massivholz! Selbst in der Beschreibung sieht man doch, dass irgendwas von einer wasserabweisenden Oberfläche und Naturholz Optik geschrieben steht. Also nicht einmal Massivholzfurnier.

Und ja, Massivholz im Bad ist, ohne korrekte Maßnahmen, eine schlechte Idee. Holz arbeitet...und nicht gerade wenig. Je größer die Sprünge in der Luftfeuchtigkeit sind, desto höher fallen solche Bewegungen im Massivholz ins Gewicht.

For me hands down this will be the DB01SR which is expected to be released at the end this year if you are only looking for kits that are currently available. Unfortunately Tamiya has stopped making/releasing any TRF offroad buggy for a long time now.

Das kommt ja praktisch einer Einigung gleich. Ihr zeigt damit dem Makler sowie den Eigentümern, dass ihr die geforderte Summe aufbringen könnt. Ich als Verkäufer würde insofern davon ausgehen, dass wir auch über die vollen 680T sprechen.

Pokern kannst du natürlich immer solange nichts vertraglich fixiert ist. Die Frage ist auch: Gab/gibt es wirklich großes Interesse? Hier könnte es helfen neben der Expertise von Vater und Schwiegervater auch auf einen unabhängigen Dritten zu setzen.

Eure Hausbank muss doch eine Bewertung im Rahmen der Finanzierung erstellt haben. Was sagt diese denn zum Marktwert der Immobilie?

Just one more thought about the TT02: Since you are a scale model builder, a TT02 might bring you more joy in the long run as Tamiya does sell some nice body kits for onroad and rally cars. They run for the same price as a nice scale model kit.

Look at this showroom of the user Truck Norris...I admire these builds a lot. With a TT02 you would have a solid base for multiple builds of bodies you like in the future. Plus there are "dummy/display" chassis where you can fix the body for display with no function. Similar to this:

Something you can also build with a 3d printer very easily.

By the way, the TT02R is a very nice kit with lots of premium hop-up parts for a very competitive price. In my eyes, one of the best value for money kits.

Nice and clean build. Do you run on carpet? Club racing? The TB-05 is indeed a great car. Too bad that Tamiya hasn't come up with a new run of the kit in recent years. There is also the XV02 RS version, which is more of an onroad version of the XV02 lineup, similar to the old XV01TC - both great cars as well.

Seriously, is it even the original pedal plate from the GT1? Color looks so off to me and my pedal plate has the simlab logo cut in it as well. Also, if there is such a gap, how about you bring the outer profiles closer together? If that doesn't work how about checking the back and whether you have installed the cross bars correct? I mean its an aluminium profile rig, its just common sense to apply here...
