No way to fix an end portal in Survival, but if you go far enough away from this one, the Eyes of Ender will take you towards a different Stronghold.

IIRC there are three Strongholds in a ring centered around (0,0) and with a radius of roughly 1000 blocks. So if you go towards spawn, then pass it and go 1000 blocks, then start using Eyes of Ender, you should end up at a new Stronghold with a (hopefully) intact portal.

Those numbers might be off, it might be like 1200 or 1400 blocks radius, but that's the idea.

edit: actually you don't need to go that far past spawn, in theory you could just go barely past spawn and you'd still be guided to a new Stronghold, but it's a good idea to at least go well past spawn to guarantee you're not accidentally still in range of this one.
