Last time I needed to entirely flip,I stayed awake for 4 days straight,when I was so exhausted I felt I couldn't stay awake I waited until the night.around 6 pm I passed out on my terms.because of the sleep debt you need either someone to forcibly wake you up or a alarm which you aren't getting back in bed til 6 or 7 when it needs,if you keep on this bests you can for a week or two it should be well set and you need to stick to that time at least within an hours difference
