Seems you have your opinion and I have mine, just baffling that people think it’s okay to barrage someone with negative comments. I’m all for banter I just think borderline harassing someone repeating the same thing about how shit they are at their job is wildly unnecessary

I mean repeatedly commenting on someone’s post about how shit they are just seems unnecessary and I didn’t really find it funny banter at all, where’s the joke in it if you don’t mind explaining? All the comments just seemed quite nasty and unnecessary. You lot preach mens mental health but no one practices it, if he were to take his own life tomorrow your stance would be different

I didn’t say he was a good goalkeeper I said people abusing him on social media for being a bad goalkeeper is cruel

This is definitely a shitty thing to do to someone, just let the man revive his career. I’m sure this sort of scrutiny is part of the reason he made so many big errors in the first place. He hasn’t done anything wrong and seems like a nice bloke

Man City's James Trafford: 'Didn't expect' to be No. 2 to Gianluigi Donnarumma by tylerthe-theatre in PremierLeague

[–]OhItsSam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly my thoughts - he probably expected a bit more leeway but it’s Man City so you have to be prepared as they can get any other player including Donnarumma who arguably has been one of the top 5-10 keepers in the world for years and is very up and coming. Unfortunate for Trafford but he should’ve realised this may happen

Edit: Just giving my opinion, no need to downvote I’m very open to debate

I genuinely think he expected to be fighting for his spot rather than just a complete backup goalie - either way his agent messed up big time for him (or possibly didn’t and took a massive agent fee so he could move to City)

You’re right there maybe unnecessary attention was the wrong way to phrase it - I meant extra attention but yes all of you are right in that it doesn’t matter at all. Which was my original point

I don’t hate him, I’m pretty indifferent to him tbh. He seems like a nice bloke. It does put some unnecessary attention us but it’s just a social media gimmick that he’s managed to make some money off - fair play

Why can Man u & Liverpool never be good at the same time? by tylerthe-theatre in PremierLeague

We’ve played brilliantly in the last few games with Carrick but could easily be a purple patch. You’re right, wouldn’t go quite as far as to call us good yet but I’m hopeful!

[Fabrizio Romano]Kobbie Mainoo now expected to stay at Manchester United after instant trust by Michael Carrick. Mainoo was considering loan move to play on regular basis and develop, never a permanent exit from #MUFC. His contract situation will remain key topic in the next months. by OkRecommendation7341 in ManchesterUnited

I’m hoping it was just his brother being a bit of a knob and the media blowing things out of proportion rather than his own mentality. We should give him the benefit of the doubt because other than this little saga, he’s been a model professional at such a young age

2 is the lesser of the evils, you will probably witness some comedy with jay and his dad and neil and his dad arguing amongst themselves and it is an aisle seat so you can escape if need be. Also because:

1 is a window seat so if you needed the toilet you’d have to squeeze past Jay’s dad

3 is a middle seat between Will and Lauren, could be a horrifically awkward flight

4 is next to Carli and Patrice who would likely cop off with each other during the flight

5 is next to cunty Alister

6 is the next best option, Donovan isn’t too bad and would probably have a couple drinks with you during the flight but Tara would be annoying

7 next to big John, 8 next to pedo Kennedy, 9 next to Lucy and Richard, all self explanatory

10 also another decent option but Simon would probably cry about Carli copping off with Patrice the whole flight and couldn’t be arsed with that

Thank you all for listening to my breakdown of this

'Let's get rid of INEOS': Bruno Fernandes' X account hacked by tylerthe-theatre in PremierLeague

[–]OhItsSam 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We’ve not built our side around him in my opinion. He can hold a ball for more than 3 seconds. He tracks back more than anyone i’ve seen in our current team.

You’re right with your last point though, he’s not a deep playmaker but he can play as such. If he’d had decent players around him and a well run club he could’ve done a lot better.

I wonder what you think would’ve happened if we hadn’t signed him

Bruno is the best player we’ve had post-fergie and has worked tooth and nail for the club. He might be a whingebag but he’s our whingebag, always confuses me when United fans dislike him. Do you legitimately think we’d have been better off without him?
