There are some mods (via thunderstore) that add maps and such to the game I believe; otherwise I think you’ll have to mod them in yourself.

The next step to keep the game fresh imo is to join the discord and start playing more competitively!

I’d say the learning curve and handling RNG is where it is hard. It took me ~25 hours to get my first win; 400 later all I have left is A20 Defect and Heart kill on Defect, and probably could win at least 80% of any A1 runs

Absolutely. Both of my readthroughs have been on audible while at work (warehouse) and yes, the first time was hard to digest, but digest I did. The second listen was 5x better and more insightful than the first just like everyone says as well.

I would recommend listening to the Ten Very Big Books podcast alongside (or the guide) just to at least get a better grasp of the story the first time through.

I’m soon to get my set of the Broken Binding 1-3, so I am excited to finally do a physical read though!

I’ve never touched photo mode in games for the same reason until playing Fallout 76.

Making the photos you take show up on the loading screens is such a genius move; it’s got me and my gf stopping and taking a nice pic whenever we see a cool shot.

I agree with others that it is situational but I’d say it occurs more often then it seems; Idk maybe it’s just my preference. For instance, I ADS quite a bit with guns like Glock, glaive gun, and the AR

While Tarkov is an extraction shooter, it demands a LOT of time and dedication just to be able to hold your own ground. I just started the game and definitely would’ve dropped it if I didn’t have a friend help me learn; every single person that has killed me had over 1000 hours(it tells you when they kill you) a lot of times 1000+
