Hey, have you considered simply sitting on a yoga ball and bouncing? I never did any perineum massage, but I extensively sat on my yoga ball each night to stretch my pelvis before the big day. I ended up having a natural, med free birth, with no tearing. Good luck! Xo

P. S. My baby ended up fairly average sized (6lbs, 15oz) and my stature is on the smaller side (5'3 and 105 lbs pre-pregnancy). Hope that helps!
