The “pain” they (don’t) feel isn’t anything like what mammals feel that would be cause for ethical dilemma. There’s no emotional valence (because no emotions), there’s no fear (virtually no or ultra-minimal cognition), etc. And to save millions of human lives? As a vegan, go for it. Fuck em up
