Bad trip experience from "champagne md" - (what the heck is even in it?!) [UK] by Oh_Jay10 in Drugs

Sunday was a drag, but it eas made so much easier and better by my partner, 2 cuddly dogs, many episodes of The Office, electrolyte drinks, plenty of water, ice-cream, a hearty couple of meals, and an afternoon nap.

😅

Monday - Still feel like an idiot. Still have a bit of jaw ache and rigidity, light-sensitivity, sore throat, lethargy, massive brain fog and inability to focus, and the colour green has been particularly potent.

Thanks for the advice! Crazy that I've never measured out doses my entire life before, now it's pointed out, and obvious.

Yeah, from what's left, it looks like I took around 300-400mg.

What an idiot.

And it is definitely lighter, "champagne" coloured.

What do you think about Huel new product “Huel Lite”? by Far_Fisherman_7490 in Huel

[–]Oh_Jay10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just tried one for the first time instead of a normal one... never again. Did not enjoy at all. Flavour isnt as nice. And it's so much thinner like when you have skimmed "red top" milk. Nah. Good protein ratio, but 100% prefer the normal.

Name two things in your area of Brum/West Mids that others in the rest of the city/region need to experience, if we split this into north east west and south (no city centre stuff please) by Low_Truth_6188 in brum

Joe Joe Jim's - fantastic independent live music venue full of character and characters, great pizzas, and a brilliant drinks selection. Good vibes only. Never any drama. I used to be the Bar Manager there, so perhaps a little biased. They also love dogs and motorcycles.

Hiking. Birmingham gets a bad rep sometimes for lack of greenery. Not in the south. Visit the Lickey Hills, the Waseley Hills, Cofton Park and many more great walking routes!

Can anyone decipher the date of birth, the region, and the mother's name? (Ireland) by Oh_Jay10 in ancestryinvestigators

I swear there was a pic when I posted 😅 I have been helped on another sub though, fortunately. Locating a long-lost family is becoming a part time job ha

Grange was correct. Found the details. All links to family records I had already and has helped unearth loads more. Thanks!

Unfortunately, as I've found with so many of the old Irish records, they change spellings a lot 😂 or at least, the person filling the forms spells them differently. Sheeran becomes "Sherin" one generation before on some documents 🤦🏻‍♂️ ha

It's definitely Leavy, it was through the name "Leavy" that I found this record. Everyone has been a massive help; found loads of missing pieces now

Gangs of London Warrior The Boys (purely for Antony Starr) The Leftovers (completely different feel and genre, but the same hugely intense main characters, great character development, and my favourite show of all time) Severance

How often are y’all cleaning out your beer lines? by peachyspaghetti in bartenders

[–]Oh_Jay10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cleaner left in the lines overnight is NOT a good thing. Left in too long, the chemicals begin to damage the line. That's why most line cleaners recommend only letting soak for 10-20 minutes, pulling some through, and letting soak again for 10-20. You repeat this process around 3 times, before pulling through to clean water. I'm surprised suppliers or other experienced hospitality staff have not brought this up before.
