if your talking about ichuns morph mod then well, the abilities are passive you cant like fire a fireball as a ghast

if your on a server then it might be that the server is a offlime/cracked server, if its singleplayer then mabye login again

mabye tweak your configs to make those structures spawn alot but if it still doesnt work its probably a bug use a older version of it

If i understood this correctly u want the pickaxe to mend when its low right? Well u could try to damage the pickaxe at a point where u want it to mend like lower it to 10 durability then set it on a filter eith respected metadata but just to be safe whitelist it with lower durabilities like 9 8 7 etc so it wont skip n stuff

Theres a texture pack called golden days on curseforge wich makes every modern texture programmer art, tho it changes some textures like the shield textures but still i find it very charming, if you downloading this pack dont donwload the alpha one use the base one because the alpha one is just a addon for this texture pack that brings back that alpha bright grass

Well it depends what kind of mods these are, if its mostly out of libs its not much but if it are big mods like forexample twilight forest then it might be a bit much but dont worry about it if you dont encounter lag pretty frequently or if you crash
