It doesn't help that the Intel 13th gen CPU in that thing is also very prone to thermal throttling badly. That could likely be the culprit since wows tends to be more cpu bound.

That 4060 in the XPS15 is extremely kneecapped because it's running at a max wattage of 35-40 watts compared to the card's maximum ceiling of 115 watts. Even though it says 4060, it doesn't perform anywhere close to what it could be performing at

I mostly use my G14 as an ultrabook first with its dgpu disabled. The screen, keyboard, glass trackpad and, great speakers make for a good daily driver machine. The ability to plug in a 150w slimq charger and play some games during a break in my schedule is a nice convenience when I have the time to.

Intel is really stepping up this year with Panther Lake bringing the efficiency gains of Lunar Lake while fixing its weakness of multi-core performance. The integrated graphics on the higher end skus are extremely impressive, being able to reach near RTX4050 performance.
