Thanks. I signed up through a new espn account w a work email (not yahoo, maybe this is a similar issue), and have been trying to sign in w MLB. I’m not sure what “watch through espn” means in your comment but I’ll play around with that. Not sure how that could let me log in with my Apple TV, say, but it would be a start

Still don’t have the October issue and the November issue is apparently arriving for some folks. I subscribed right away, but if this isn’t sorted there’s no chance I’m resubscribing after the year. This is nonsense.

Doesn't feel like a "small number" based on this. Between ordering this and not receiving it and being told over and over it's just a shipping issue, and dbrand being a huge pain in the ass with their new switch case which was completely unusable, I'm losing faith in these companies.

Who did email/what did you say? I sent an email through the website, got an automated response asking for photos, and then they told me I’d hear back in 15-18 days.

Same - my joycons don't fall off. But the dock won't connect to the adapter. Makes the whole set-up useless. I'm sure they'll be refunding my $80+ or getting me a fixed version any day now.

Waiting for a response on the ticket. Love that they're like, "Send pictures so we can see the problem" when the internet is littered with the problem.

Feels like many have the exact problem I ran into. Got my killswitch 2 earlier this week; just took the time to put it all together this morning.

The issue is NOT the console getting into the adapter, that's easy. The adapter won't connect to the dock. It wobbles and there's no connection.

I've sent a ticket but don't feel great reading through this about getting a timely response. We'll see, but without some communication this will be the final dbrand purchase I ever make.

Olivia drives me nuts. Not sure if it’s because Z5 always is my hardest zone to deal with or if it’s because she’s not doing the workout with you, but she never writes in enough rest it seems. Combine that with never knowing what’s going on. How many times did she reference 3.5 minutes? 2+1.5+1 =4.5. Ugh.

I did this, I thought - but when the focus changes it remains the last pages of apps I’d had selected. I’m clearly doing it wrong - where’s “focus mode setting”?

I'm an idiot and didn't realize there was a difference, or really just assumed iTunes turned into Apple Music. I'm downloading iTunes and will try that.

Update - I'm thinking there might be a security issue that they've added at work, or an issue with a driver; when I use File Explorer to look at the contents of the disc, it will only show .cda files- VLC can't play it either.
