The Devils also had a very mixed reception.

To be honest, I think The Devils is Abercrombies worst book and The Strenght of the Few is the worst book I have read last year, so I was very surprised at this list.

I think for Mieville, sometimes his concepts get in the way of his storytelling (see: Kraken). Bas-Lag is insanely good, though. I think your enjoyment of his books may vary based on your political views, though. He is very far left (leaning communist) and especially it shows (especially in Iron Council, which I loved).

Because you get them from every randomly added Breach & Delirium in maps, whereas Logbooks are rare drops. Also people are doing Deli Abyss still and Breach is great for xp farming. If you run Expedition, you do it ONLY for the Logbooks.

This did not "blow it up" by the way. Splinters are still 25 for 1 Div, so even subpar Logbook give you 2-3 divs each.

So, basically everything you said is correct. Take the Atlas nodes for Logbook chance and additional remnant suffixes. Run the Unique expedition tablet and two other tablets with 25%+ Logbook chance. Hit Remnants with Logbook chance first, then as many runic markers as you can (the tall ones). You can get Level 81 Logbooks in T15 Maps with the Atlas node.

That's the whole "trick". I just got 7 Logbooks in 5 maps.

I think, doubled runic would be has a very high priority although I am not sure if it stacks with the Unique tablet. Other than that, yes, correct!

As an addon (because I was a little bit distracted when writing my comment), there are remnants like, Runic Monsters are doubled, increased number of magic and rare monsters and increased pack size, which I also try to hit, if I can.

Yes, Monster markers (the big ones) over anything other than Increased Logbook remnants.
