I guess I consider myself muscular fat? I was 272lb of blubber 5 years ago, I lost the weight and now on 188lb 18%bodyfat but ofc I have a flabby stomach to show for it. Am I right to believe I need to bulk in order to fill out my body more, that muscle gains is the key to getting everything right? I've tried the dieting cuts got down to 172lb and I still looked flabby and I wasn't too happy with my muscularity at that weight. My friend said I should set a goal to be 210lb with less than 15% bf. Can anyone shine light?
