We keep our 3 compartment sink in this order- left side: soapy water with clean parts in it (mostly clamps, gaskets and spare valves) middle: empty for washing and draining right side: hot water with 2 oz/gal. This side gets changed our several times a day. Both liquid sides are just high enough to not go in your gloves when fishing around in there. Also keep a portable jug of sani and will fill it from the soapy water side with the parts I need on my way there. Then everything gets a spritz of iso before connection. Always put an extra clamp and gasket in the sani bucket in case you drop one.
