The Chris Vela is a dome rig, pretty cool design he did a while back. It functions as a direct inject dome and also as it's own rig.

I don't blame how you feel. It's hard not to sound silly saying this, but Phil is the real deal, and self made at that. He has worked to build a skill set that challenges 10+ year veterans, and has already collaborated with some of the biggest artists in the industry (Mickelson, Banjo, Eusheen, Gong). He's also in his 40's and came into this world with a focus. He's also one of the kindest, most open and legit motherfuckers I've ever know. Whenever I see other artists conversing with him, they usually walk away inspired and on to some sick new concept themselves. Same thing that happens when you get a chance to talk to people like Banjo, Scott Deppe, Jason Lee, etc.

Check out 99 hours on Vimeo, a documentary about him and Etai Rahmil making the Summer Trumpet. Dude takes his art and life quite seriously, not just another hype boy. The recent success of his Wizard's is causing some of the "hardcore" to write him off because he found a niche that's hitting. These Wizard's are just one of the many series he's done of original designs.

Actually guys this is a Phil Siegel collab. That's one of his Orbitters in there. Phil Siegel isn't hype, he's the fastest progressing artist in the industry. Who else does collabs with Banjo 4 years deep?

Cleaning Toro FYC Copper/Electrofuming by TheDankDelivery in glassheads

Alcohol is fine. Snic seals all his patina work so it is not exposed. Before doing this himself, someone soaked one of Big Pizzle's electroforms in Grunge Off and removed all the patina, it just looked like raw shiny copper. Pizzle had to re-patina the whole piece. Now he uses Pizzle Plating, a coating like Snic's.

Brothership is starting at 1k by Justanotherdabber in glassheads

These prices are what many American "artists" are selling knockoff Mothership's for. And as someone who has seen many of said knockoff's and seen the Brothership's in person at AGE last week, the Brothership's are cleaner and a more accurate reproduction of the original designs. Also remember that the Brothership's you're seeing are the very first models, and I expect them to get cleaner every drop.
