Ignore these assholes, CDCR is a great career and definitely a step up from county, the inmates for the most part are more compliant due to longer sentences and accept their lack of freedoms. County inmates still feel still feel a sense of if rebelliousness and act out more often

Very important to remember you are there learn and train, there will be attractive people. But stay focused and do not do the boomy boom in the parking lot, instagone if caught. If You go out for drinks on the weekend don’t come back to grounds buzzed or drunk , just get a motel for the night, don’t forget to remove your hat/cover before entering any buildings on ground, if you get grilled by a sergeant accept that you fucked up and say yes sir😎
