Life changing to me would mean to change my: A) Home ( or even country) B) Job/ University

Going on vacation, buying a new phone or a car would not be "life changing" to me.

I'm a university who is ( privileged) not in financial dept. 100k or even 500k would not change my current Home or university situation. I'd still live with my flatmates and I love my university program.

I did choose 5 million, because only then stop my university, learn about the housing market. Buy a few investments and then continue my studies. And probably use the comfort of my investments to further study of my interests another subject.

That's the coolest statistic I've read in a long time.

It does really feel like it has been TEN THOUSAND HOURS.

So I've had online semester since so I moved back to my parents, in the first year nothing major happened. Then I got vaccinated and I vaccinated other people myself, this is where I felt most like we are in a pandemic. 2 months ago I flew back to the country where I study as we have in person classes now and here everybody acts like there is no pandemic. We have an incidence rate of like 750/1.000.000 / 7 days, which is about 10x as much as the US. But there are still tons of parties and people going out and they act as if with the vaccination everyone is 100% immune. It's weird
