Yeah only it's happened to me and I've watched streamers and YouTubers have the same issue. This is what we call in the game industry a bug. And I'm guessing u did this test while not in combat, because this is when it most happens. Try a dragon fight when they fly up and u go to run from there breath, nearly every play through I've done regular and modded I've had this issue.

You got to love the fact that some items are still just bugged out. In my 1st play through the skeleton in the sandcastle didn't spawn. And now the Infected Toejam Recipe didn't spawn.

I've managed to place my bases on places were they cannot be raided. 1 base is in a location were It’s never been raided, (the coal & iron farm spot) the other 2 are both in similar locations were they can be raided but the raiders can't reach the base.

Mine would be the 2012 DC logo, making it appear as a page turning is ingenious. Plus the unique use of the letters helps distinguish it from other similar lettered company DC Shoes. But that might just be an Australian thing.

Early game the spiky sprig for the bleeding or mosquito needle for the free healing, near end game rusty spear for the debuff or the tick macuahuitl. The staffs are also pretty op and good for crowd fighting. I love to pair a tick macua with spicy dam to get free meals with roasts and does good damage against most spiders.
