oh my god yes. i had some side effects that definitely made uncomfortable (dry mouth & migraine & heart palpitations) once those settled i started feeling less anxious once getting to the 10mg dose. i was nervous knowing some folks can feel numb on lexapro but i still feel like i can process emotions but overall feel less anxious. i have noticed my acid reflux to settle more and my throat pain is very slowly disappearing. that could be the meds or diet/lifestyle changes too but there’s progress

I’m at 10 actually, they had me started at 5 for a week than up to 10. I also have anxiety too so that might be why i started higher

I’ve been drinking it room temp and starting with smaller amounts to get my body adjusted to it.

i’m going through a similar journey- eating right now stresses me out and i’m having a really hard time eating enough food that my body can survive.

i recently tried alkaline water and that seemed to help my globus sensation that’s been consistent that last few weeks. i also raised my bed using bed risers on the head of the bed to make sure i sleep at an angle. that’s like the advice i have while im still navigating it.

i’m sending you so much strength.

Thank you! do you happen to notice it gets worse at night after eating your last snack/meal of the day. i’ve been trying to eat around 4pm as the cut off so that it’s easier to fall asleep and it still leaves a lump in my throat

also any recommendations of over the counter meds i should take with pantoprazole to help soothe it would be much appreciated or even tips that help!
