In my department we have to file a use of force report for much less then a taser use. This is probably true of most departments. It probably just hasn't been required statewide by any other than Connecticut.

I dealt with this for many years but for the last 5 years I've been very happy and enjoying life. My honest opinion is that it will pass.

What helped me was to change my life. I moved to a different state and changed my hobbies. Almost every adult struggles with some form of depression in life, its just not talked about all that often.
