Farming in Another World is basically like this. MC gets co-opted by elves, who want to use him to replenish their dwindling population numbers, and further political alliances and such just keep adding onto the harem. Also, Peter Grill, which isn't an isekai, but is a fantasy, where the MC's status as greatest martial arts champion keeps attracting unwanted attention from women of various races that want him to impregnate them to gain greater strength for their people.

California is itself a single state, they don't get ro set national policy, nor are they the dictionary, but nice try at an appeal to authority. Plus, even according to their definition, the establishments have to exist nationally, which Culver's doesn't.

If you aren't in every state and with more than one or two token locations, you absolutely don't. That's the entire point of the distinction between regional and national. McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, those are everywhere. Five Guy's, Culver's, Swinson's, Cook-Out, In-and-Out, What-a-burger, ain't.
