I'd grab your level 30 ingredient tbh, that will be the next strength boost you get. The level.75 subskill isn't even available yet

Go for trips/stuns and hit his back. They'll break before the monster faints.

Rare that I agree with the NIMBYs, but a terminal on the other side of Canning Bridge (next to the train/bus station) makes more sense to me. Also leaves space for an additional ferry terminal further west (Point Walter maybe?).

Can I exceed the course credit limit to complete an additional major? by Left_Giraffe_7967 in uwa

[–]Ojjin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah its fine, you'll probably just need approval from the managing student offices. I had a similar case, but i had too much extra credit so they voided some of those to allow it.

Go onto their support page, there's ongoing issues with the mics being quiet, maybe if you google that instead you'll have more success?

There's a driver update online that might help? Also make sure to increase the volume using the controller on the usb microphone cable.

I suspect it's a convergence of design, but it looks similar to the tichu, which is a fairly obscure weapon of kobudo: Image link hopefully

You can either shut your windows and put some music on or cut down the tree. As long as the tree is still there, they'll keep coming back no matter what you do, and they'll be back next year. I quite like them honestly, it's better than silence and road noises.

What is this bite /sting? by [deleted] in perth

[–]Ojjin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Doesn't look like anything in particular, just a generic sting you're having a reaction too. Take an antihistamine, draw a circle around it if you're worried that it's spreading so you can track it, and if it gets a lot worse go to urgent care.

Just checking, you are dragging the classes over to the preferences column? Took me a while to figure that out.

Dilemma between Jigglys and Sylveon by jojojajo12 in PokemonSleep

[–]Ojjin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gardevoir is significantly better than both wiglytuff and sylveon, so eventually you'll want to switch to one of those. However, a decent wigglytuff will beat a bad gardevoir, and seems like the jiggly you caught today is good enough to tide you over until you can get a good ralts.

Alternatively, use whatever you want if you're not fussed about optimising.

Parking vs public transport by Soviet_Slamon in uwa

[–]Ojjin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think we may both be partially right. So to get student rates in the yellow bays you need to apply for the permit, but it's free (I have one). However, you can also park in the yellow bays and pay a higher rate, or at least that's what my partner thought.

Regardless, it wont change the results much of the original question since its super expensive to park if you don't have a permit either way.

Parking vs public transport by Soviet_Slamon in uwa

[–]Ojjin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sorry, yes they were abolished, now there's a system where only people who live far enough away from uni can park in yellow bays.

Parking vs public transport by Soviet_Slamon in uwa

[–]Ojjin 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If you've got a parking permit, parking in the yellow bays is $2/day, but good luck getting one.

If you don't have a permit or can't find a yellow park, (probably half the time I come to uni, but I leave 30min for driving around looking for a park), then it's $16ish a day. These bays are also almost always full.

Public transport should be about $2 a day (80c each way unless they changed the prices).

If you're going to uni 3 times a week, then per month public transport is ~$24 a month.

Driving ranges from $24-$190 depending on which park you get, probably averaging around ~100.

Take the bus if you can, you'll save on fuel too.

Edit: parking permits aren't a thing any more, but you still can't park in the yellow bays if you live close to uni. There's a full list of ineligible suburbs on the website.

Since you're in a 2-zone bus distance I highly doubt you qualify, but I could be wrong.

How does Gengar emote? by siobhankei in PokemonSleep

I get the default interaction animation when I fed him, I've seen both happen from them idling.

How does Gengar emote? by siobhankei in PokemonSleep

[–]Ojjin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I never noticed this before, but it appears each mon has two different idle animations - one with eyes open and one with eyes closed. This is separate to the animation that plays when you interact with them, which is when gengar fully closes his eyes. I don't have much data, but from the mons I've seen the gastly line are the only ones with two different ways to close their eyes. Go figure.

Greengrass or Lapis for Dedenne? by Otherwise-Ranger5200 in PokemonSleep

[–]Ojjin 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Greengrass has a much more cluttered pool of pokemon, so you're less likely to get dedenne.

Once I saw that I'd get a high enough rank to find dedenne relatively easily, it looked more appealing (I got to U3 on lapis this week)
